At Wesurf Lombok, we believe surfing is more than just a sport — it's a way of life. At the core of our surf school in Kuta Lombok is Lucky, our founder and driving force.

Born and raised in Kuta, Lucky has spent his life in the waves. His deep connection to the island makes him not just an instructor, but a true guide to the best surf spots Lombok has to offer. He first learned to surf as a child at Seger Surf Spot, where he developed his passion for the ocean. Over the years, he has mastered countless waves, but his all-time favorite remains Areguling — a paradise for surfers seeking the perfect ride.

After helping build several other surf schools as head coach, it was always his dream to open his own surf school in Kuta Lombok and share his love of surfing. Today, Wesurf Lombok is proud to be a truly local business, employing only local surf teachers who know these waves better than anyone.
